PA Rehearsal Studios in Reseda was built in 2016 for professional and serious musicians, with creativity, comfort, and professionalism as top priorities. The studio features six fully soundproof, fully equipped rooms with popular pro backline and in-house sound engineers available to assist with setup and sound. Professionally designed common areas, individual AC controls for each room, and a clean, artsy, and friendly environment make this hourly studio a creative home for musicians.
In 2026, due to high demand from our clients, we opened a second location in Los Angeles to serve touring musicians who require large space, full privacy, and professional amenities. The LA location is a 4,500 sq ft private building designed for A-list artists, complete with a full chef’s kitchen, fully gated access, artist and production rooms, and a spacious FOH area that can double as a dance or wardrobe room. Each booking includes exclusive use of the lounge and entertainment space, 24-hour access, easy load-in/load-out for trucks, and over 18 parking spaces. The LA location offers daily, weekly, and monthly lockout options for maximum privacy and flexibility.
